Welcome to the archives here at shauna lee lange color design studios. Have a look around.
Shauna Lee Lange Color Design Studios is the very first woman-veteran owned, full-service arts advisory, color consulting, and design studio firm in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We serve artists, gallerists, museums and arts organizations with exceptional insight, quality and vision.
Since 2006, we’ve been working within the international art market with a concentration on the unique range and diversity of art within the metropolitan Washington DC and mid-Atlantic region.
Our firm contains both an architectural business arm and a creative arts arm. I am a self-taught, late-emergent artist working on paper in thematic collage, art journals, visual diaries, sketchbooks, and paper & book arts.
Co-founder and husband Alex is a highly trained conventional architect with a portfolio of international large-scale projects. We often work through public and installation art and we continually study the art market, art submissions & competitions, art trends, art and the Internet, and art regionalization issues.
Not only do we help all artists with a host of marketing, creativity, networking and other professional and personal needs, but we are particularly interested in promoting women artists and especially increased awareness of color and design issues through art.
We’re creative idea people who fully believe more art IS more love.

The foundation’s mission is to encourage, enable, empower and endorse women of all ages (especially in vulnerable populations) to build self-image, self-esteem and self-reliance by effecting and communicating positive social change in their communities through the use of creative arts.
