START OUT YOUR NEW YEAR WITH ART AT THE PYRAMID ATLANTIC COMMUNITY ARTS STORE

WHAT:   Wine Tasting for Mommies at the Pyramid Atlantic Community Store

                 Thursday from 2 pm to 4 pm

                 Come and meet other moms and remember what its like to talk to grown ups.

                 Children welcome.  Wine provided courtesy of Barefoot Vineyards.  Crayons

                 Included.

 WHAT:   Kids Craft Activities at Pyramid Atlantic Community Store

                 Thursday from 4 pm to 6 pm

                 An instructor will lead your child through an engaging craft activity.  Snacks

                  provided. $10 fee includes instruction and supplies.

WHO:     The Pyramid Atlantic Community Arts Store showcases affordable prints, artist

     books, handmade paper, and the work of local painters, ceramicists, jewelers

     and as well as other artists and crafters. 100% of the profits raised from store     

     sales benefit artists and arts programs for young people. 

     Pyramid Atlantic Arts Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit contemporary arts center

     located in the Arts & Entertainment District in downtown Silver Spring. 

     Pyramid’s mission is to promote and nurture artistic excellence through

     programming in the artistic mediums of paper, printmaking, book arts and

     digital media.
