Alex and I took a February day to celebrate the 2010 Valentine’s and our 3rd wedding anniversary by running a host of errands.  I had seen photographs of the antique store “On a Whim” and wanted to view the interior for myself as they specialize in a combination of shabby-chic and country-cottage items (mostly repainted wood pieces in modern colors).  So on a sunlit Friday we headed out to Leesburg, VA and brought you all back a little piece of what we saw.  On a Whim is situated on an old farm and would be ideal to walk around to view the outdoor enclaves, but we were unable due to the snow.  Maybe next time!!
